Couple things:
I called, asking if they had an accessory...they said no, so I ordered it on line and waited for it to come in. I went there several days later, and wouldn't you know it, the accessory I called about was on the shelf.
Then, I wanted to take my kid to the range. Of course, there is a one time range safety fee...ok, no problem. Then, my kid wants to shoot on the range. Of course, there is a range fee, no problem. So I want to go in and instruct my kid...what, I got to pay a range fee too? It just rubbed the wrong way...mainly I'm getting this off my chest, as I don't know who the owner is to complain to. And, I don't even know if I would complain, cause I wouldn't want the staff to be pissy with me for complaining. Will I go back, yes. Are they an ok shop? Yes. Did they miss an opportunity to really wow me with customer service? Yes.
