I was a client of Dr Hikade for 5 years and I have to say that he is a friendly and good dentist. Unfortunately, we always had problems with the staff. They can be pushy and unfriendly. I needed to reschedule at the last minute due to a family emergency and the scheduling staff were really rude about it. The final straw was when I set up a payment that was scheduled to come out of my bank account on a certain day and the office staff lost it and then called several months later and were really rude about how I hadn't made my payment and threatened me with collections. I only owed them $30 and I could not believe that they had been so rude over such a small amount of money when we had been clients for such a long time. We finally decided that it was just not worth the hassle and found another dentist.
