Sunnyside Dentistry

I was a client of Dr Hikade for 5 years and I have to say that he is a friendly and good dentist. Unfortunately, we always had problems with the staff. They can be pushy and unfriendly. I needed to reschedule at the last minute due to a family emergency and the scheduling staff were really rude about it. The final straw was when I set up a payment that was scheduled to come out of my bank account on a certain day and the office staff lost it and then called several months later and were really rude about how I hadn't made my payment and threatened me with collections. I only owed them $30 and I could not believe that they had been so rude over such a small amount of money when we had been clients for such a long time. We finally decided that it was just not worth the hassle and found another dentist. more

I have been a patient of Dr. Hikade for almost 20 years. Throughout that time he has shown excellent professional judgment and care along with genuine personal concern for my health. His office staff is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. A better combination of dental expertise and sincere concern for yor dental health is not to be found.
