We recently made a switch to CIMS because our old community management firm was not very responsive. After going out to bid, we ultimately selected CIMS because of their service model and competitive pricing.
Our manager at CIMS has been very responsive and professional. He has worked hard to negotiate savings with vendors and is always looking for ways to save our association money. CIMS has also been responsive to our homeowners and have addressed issues before they become problems. We look forward to a strong partnership with the organization.
