If I could give zero stars, I would. I have called them THREE times over the past couple of weeks with no returned phone call. Two times reached a recorded message where I then left a message with my SIMPLE request along with my phone number to call back. The last time I actually reached a live person who, after hearing my very SIMPLE request, said "you have to talk to Heidi about that" and dumped me into her voice mail -- never to receive the courtesy of a return phone call. SIMPLY unacceptable!! more

Not an honest company 10/21/2012

I know this company from being on many of their properties. They have favorite companies and give work to them. We lost work on a big job that looked good but they say we did some bad communications and they give the job to their favorite. They are not honest more

Great employee, great company! 10/6/2011

I have been a home owner for approx. 7 years. Having gone through 3 Property Management companies, I find my experience with Common Interest, particularly with Bo Crane the property manager for our association, to be outstanding. Bo is not only the most efficient manager our association has ever had but is also prompt with returning calls and as pleasant as ever. What else could one want from a property manager?! I commend Common Interest on hiring such a great employee! more

Very Helpful 3/28/2011

They seem like they have their act together. We needed some documents pertaining to our condo association for a refinance. They got had everything into Escrow the same day and the lady we dealt with on the phone was very helpful. Thanks! more

Difficult to deal with 10/18/2010

I had to get some documents signed by the Common Interest Management company for a refinance. They said that I had to go through another company. That company is Homewise docs and they are charging me $200.00 for one form to be completed. I called the mangament company back and ask for them to do me a favor and just fill the form out and sign it. It would maybe take them 15minutes. They were rude and said no way. Wow!!! Great service!!! So I had to pay $200.00 for a signature. more

DISAPPOINTMENTS 1/14/2010

Good: Nothing so far. Bad: Don't return calls. Improvements: staff need to learn courtesy and Etiquette. Other: They need to be more considerate when someone was asking to be transferred to another person in their office they refused to transfer - Very Poor. more

Worst 3/24/2009

Hands down the worst management company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Stay away... very very far away. I've experienced nothing short of frustration with this firm - their extreme arrogance and unwillingness to assist Homeowners they represent is simply appalling. I'm surprised anyone puts up with them, let alone hire them. JOE more

I've been through several management services in the past several years and this is without a dobut the most professional, comprehensive organization I've worked with. The staff is very knowledgable and professional, they provided us the lowest cost with the highest level of service of several companies from which we received bids.
