My wife and I ""FIRED"" our last doctor due to poor service. We switched to Colonial Family Practice and chose Dr Leonard. My wife's first visit; Dr. Leonard wrote a prescription and we were not able to get the medicine filled. We were told by the CVS that our doctor needs to call TRICARE and get approval for the medicine. We went back to see Dr Leonard and told him. He said that he would call and for us to pick up the medicine the very next day and that he would assure us that he would call Tricare. Well, two visits back to CVS and still no call from Dr Leonard to Tricare. I have waisted already three trips to CVS. Starting to think it may be time to ""FIRE"" Dr. Leonard. So far..... We are not impressed with Colonial Family Practice.
