My Dr. Discontinued my medications for health reasons and ended up feeling terrible. I called, and emailed his nurse, since the Dr is virtually inaccessible to speak to. I received no emails, no call, no nothing. I couldn't stand the pain I was going through, and had my wife take me to a different urgent care. I received great care and immediate relief. I have voiced my complaint with Colonial Family Practice, of which I have been a patient for over 8 years. Now, I am considering changing doctors. I am sick of the money hungry, lazy and uncaring attitude it has become. I would advise doing research before choosing this provider.
