I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any business. I watched an employee change a very dirty diaper on the floor in front of customers and not wash her hands. A child of another employee hit my child. I called and complained and asked for a refund for the damaged and mislabeled item I purchased. I was told I could receive a refund.
However, a few minutes later the owner called me back and verbally berated me. She told me I was a bad mother for not understanding that they bring children to work and dirty diapers needed to be changed. I gasped out loud and hung up immediately. She called me back to continue to yell at me and tell me that I WAS RUDE FOR HANGING UP on her. I am shocked and appalled at the entire situation.
