Sweet Repeats For Kids

I go there so often I wanted to review it. When I logged in, I was shocked to see a bad review. I WAS THERE THAT DAY. The customer was bitchy and condescending. She complained constantly but the employees were very respectful to her. Then she does this. Shame. That shop has the sweetest, most knowledgable folks working there and I can find anything I need. They are so friendly and helpful. I love that shop. I highly recommend it. Prices are great, too. more

I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any business. I watched an employee change a very dirty diaper on the floor in front of customers and not wash her hands. A child of another employee hit my child. I called and complained and asked for a refund for the damaged and mislabeled item I purchased. I was told I could receive a refund. However, a few minutes later the owner called me back and verbally berated me. She told me I was a bad mother for not understanding that they bring children to work and dirty diapers needed to be changed. I gasped out loud and hung up immediately. She called me back to continue to yell at me and tell me that I WAS RUDE FOR HANGING UP on her. I am shocked and appalled at the entire situation. more
