Had toilet overflow and then son took shower in upstairs bathroom which caused huge flood downstairs - water everywhere. Called neighbor for referral. That plumber couldn't come, so referred to someone else. That plumber came and said call Roto-Rooter, so I did. They gave me a time window, but when they couldn't keep it, they called to let me know. This happened twice. When the plumber showed up, he looked over the situation carefully and told me what he thought needed to be done. Although it was late on Halloween, he took his time. I appreciated being called about the delay and being kept informed. I also appreciated the plumber being professional. Although everything is working now, because this was the 2nd time in 3 months, he suggested a camera might find the ""real"" problem and then they would offer options. This was done without pressure.
