I am the store manage of the Phone Recycling Center. We ordered a part for this customer that took longer to arrive then expected. I emailed the customer on a daily basis to make sure she was in the loop as far as to what was going on. We did everything to try to resolve this but the customer insisted on taking her phone elsewhere. Since the part was ordered and paid for we were not able to refund the $50 per our policy but we did provide the customer with the part. We do everything we can to make sure that our customers are happy.
