Bought a used stove, got it home realized I needed a different cord. I unscrewed it and went back to the store to hopefully make an exchange. Well they indeed had the cord i needed just sitting there (used) but they needed to call the owner to OK the exchange.......HE SAID NO ...That'll be 14.95. I like to support local biz, but when they cant even make an effort at customer satisfaction i will just go to Lowes or Home Depot for a stupid brand new cord. Will find it very hard to recommend this place now. I also fully agree with the other comments about the unprofessional employees...""i just work here"" approach more
