I ordered four items - all of which were listed as being in stock - from this company on 10/24/11. One day later,I received an email stating that two of the items were not in stock and asking if I wanted to complete the rest of the order. This was after they charged my CC for the full amount of the order. I continued with the remaining two items. The first item was shipped about 3 days later and arrived without incident. The remaining items had not shipped after 8 days, so I called for a status. I was told the item was a special order and they had just received it themselves and that I should be receiving it by the end of the week. Well, one week later, I finally have the item. They must have shipped by osmosis, as the entire delivery process took 9 days to travel 600 miles. I could have driven there and back faster.
During this whole process communication was nonexistent. I had to specifically ask - twice - for a refund of the cost of the items which were not in stock when I placed the order and that took more than a week to be refunded. I agree completely with the first reviewer in that they need to get out of the Internet sales business. They are one of the worst retailers I've ever used and I would never use them again, even if it costs me more money.
