I placed a order with this joke of a store. They never sent a invoice when I placed my order, the website sends you a automated username and password (over clear text in email) so anyone could in theory intercept the password and view whatever information they hold for you.
I waited a few days and no word at all. Called and a rude person answered and gave me a shipping date up to 5 days away. My concern is why did I get charged the full amount on my credit card BEFORE the order has shipped? Visa and Master Card's own operating regulations forbids merchants from charing the full amount till the item has shipped.
For those who feel they have done wrong it would we wise to let Visa or Master Card know:

If you check the BBB for the merchant they have a minimum of 12 complaints dealing with billing issues
In checking the review this obviously seems this is a long term ongoing issue for this merchant. They have trying to do something that have little to no infrastructure, technology or knowledge about. Do you own investigation and see all the reviews for the site. Don't be fooled by a few good reviews from employees!
