We arrived just before 10 this morning and placed our order. 30 minutes later we were still waiting for our drinks and food. We asked for a refund and they said no, so we had to get a to-go order. Not quite the pleasant tea experience we were hoping for. I could live with over-priced if they'd been efficient and friendly, but they were neither.
Won't ever go back or recommend this place.
