I'm not in love with the burned butter Ruth's uses on steaks, but the beef is very good, and the preparation is perfect. The side dishes are good, and the desserts are excellent. They know how to make a vodka martini. It's unbelievable how few bartenders understand "vodka plus two drops of Vermouth." So complicated!\r

I have never been disappointed at Ruth's. My own steaks are much better, but then I have to wash dishes.
