6 weeks to obtain a replacement mattress under warranty. Ok, I understood. Then they have an inventory liquidation sale?! Suspicious. My replacement bed was supposed to be delivered on 11/27. No call. I called them. No call back. Called again. No call back. Called again. No bed. Called another number to try and get an explanation and was told someone would call on Monday, 11/28. No call. Actually drove to the store (Cornell). They gave my mattress to someone else. No help from the staff. Got corporate number. Called. Waited on hold and was told ""Chris the p.o. guy"" said it wouldn't be able to deliver until Thurs because they didn't have any inventory. Left a message for Sherry Winer to call me back, no call. I swear if I had a staff as inept as that, they would be fired. Maybe they learn it from Sherry? It's not too late to shop somewhere else!!! Sherry, if you are reading this, this cost me 3 days pay. $570
