Bought my 2012 Genesis. Dealt with the internet dept: Kevin, the director of sales, Bob and Lex. They all played different roles and made my car buying transaction a smooth and pleasant one. No tricks were played or unnecessary delays. Price agreed was respected and rebates and interest rates offered by manufacturer were applied. The finance process was also very satisfying; I did not feel pressured to buy any extra coverage. On the other hand, we were given all the time we wanted to get familiar with the vehicle's features and to ask all the necessary questions. I honestly recommend this dealer to anyone who values honesty, professionalism and excellent customer service. I had contacted other dealers in the area, however Universal Hyundai was number one on my list. I could not have asked for a better experience and it really changed the concept I had about car buying.
