First of all, making an appointment to look for gowns was close to impossible. I called 4 times with no luck (being hung up on and never called back). I finally physically went there to speak with someone and was able to make an appointment. Upon arriving at my appointment and meeting my consultant the first thing i was told was "" with your budget, there really isnt much to show you"". I was so upset and felt like a nobody. I tried on a few dresses and was not impressed with the service or the over-priced dresses. The soon-to-be bride in the next dressing room was having the same terrible experience. I left and found my dream dress at a regular bridal boutique for MUCH less expensive than the ones at bridal reflections. This place IS NOT what I expected at all!
