Worst

Beautiful selection and nice staff. Most dresses in the store can be found at other Long Island salons around 300 to 500 dollars cheaper. They have outrageous fees for alterations...

An Amazing Experience by Far! 1/25/2010

I cannot begin to express how great my experience was. I bought my beautiful wedding gown from their salon and I couldnt have been any happier. The staff was so friendly and proffessional, I really felt comfortable everytime I walked in. My seamstress was amazing. The dress looked like it was made just for me. Thank you Bridal Reflections for making my wedding day dreams come true. Your store is on a level on its own. Girls, if your looking for a great experience and a gorgeous wedding gown, go to Bridal Reflections! It's amazing. more

Terrible 12/21/2009

Dont trust these reviews, they have all been written within a few days of each other, probably by the staff of Bridal Reflections. I have had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. The staff is extremely rude to you. I have had the girl at the front desk roll her eyes at me and managers completely blow me off. I am a customer who already purchased my dress and they were great to me until they got their money. They are also extremely overpriced. I found the same dress I purchased at this store for $500 less at another store. All I will say is be careful. They ordered my dress 2 sizes too large in order to make more money off my alterations, a complete rip off. more

Extremely Pleased 12/16/2009

My experience was extremely pleasant. I had the pleasure of working with Veronica who was more then helpful. She was patient to my needs and not pushy, but she quickly knew what I liked and made suggestions that I might not have tried unless she was there. I also worked with Christine who was very sweet. In an added bonus, I got to meet Ines Di Santo who was gracious and kind and did not rush me into buying anything even though she knew I wanted one of her dresses!! I highly suggest Bridal Reflections and look forward to working with them going forward. I purchased my Ines dress there and it is exactly what I wanted. Stephanie more

I had a great experience here. The woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. Dresses were shown to me that were in my price level. Other places i've visited the service was horrible which is why I purchased my wedding gown here. Samantha was great! more

Everything has been wonderful since the very first day I stepped foot into bridal reflections. Everyone in the store has been extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. I recommend this store to all the brides to be I know. I am not only getting my dress there but my bridesmaids, flower girls, mother of the bride, and grandmother of the bride. more
