Beware: this company does not stand behind the products it sells. Case-in-point: my client, an elder artist-lady, bought a $800 Epson 3000 there. Although the machine was setup correctly, the machine did not function as advertised. Mike's salesperson/technician came by charged her $70 cash and told her he could not fix it. I've been the lady-artist's computer technician for 10 years. I could not make the machine work. I called the store manager, who researched the situation and then told the artist-lady that ""she"" had to call Epson and make warranty arrangements. I called Epson for her, went through the phases that were necessary to convince them to replace the machine - a courtesy which Mike's Camera should have performed for her.
