Be careful what you read, sign & what they tell you about payment. Although, I am sure they collect from your insurance company, they will also make certain to collect directly from you. In other words, be prepared to pay. Their policy about payment is left unclear for a reason. Make sure you gain a clear answer from them regarding what the payment policy is before you start treatment. They do NOT wait to see what they collect from your insurance company, they hold YOU responsible and firmly request you pay up front (regardless of what they might collect from your insurance). The office manager's style also leaves alot to be desired. She lacks tact, to be kind. Sadly, I would not recommend this chiropractic office.
