I consider myself an educated consumer and do a lot of research before hiring anyone. I came across Jims website{ not to fancy} and liked what he was saying. I also read some of his reviews and other consumers seemed to have a high opinion of his work ethic.After reviewing other sites nothing talks to me but good positive reviews. I gave Jim a chance and was not disappointed.He and his helper were courteous, professional and left no mess.He gave me tips on maintaining my chimney and at the end asked:"" Are you satisfied with the service you received today""? That impressed me! I told him I was and he'll be hearing from me next year.
