Great customer service 11/7/2011

I consider myself an educated consumer and do a lot of research before hiring anyone. I came across Jims website{ not to fancy} and liked what he was saying. I also read some of his reviews and other consumers seemed to have a high opinion of his work ethic.After reviewing other sites nothing talks to me but good positive reviews. I gave Jim a chance and was not disappointed.He and his helper were courteous, professional and left no mess.He gave me tips on maintaining my chimney and at the end asked:"" Are you satisfied with the service you received today""? That impressed me! I told him I was and he'll be hearing from me next year. more

A Real Gentleman 9/9/2011

We just moved into our house 2 weeks ago and needed to have our chimneys inspected. After reading reviews here and elsewhere we decided to hire Jim. After inspecting our 3 chimneys he told us 1 only needed to be cleaned and all were in good condition. Afterwards, he offered to help me carry some boxes to the second floor. And since they were full of books I didn't turn his offer. Talk about going above and beyond!!! Great customer service and a real gentleman. Thank you Jim. See you next year. more

Very Personable and a Positive Attitude 9/4/2011

Jim came over on Sunday to clean my chimney and install chimney caps. He is a very nice guy and didn't try to scam me with extras. We just had a new carpet installed and was concerned about a mess. He assured us there would be no mess and was true to his word! He also gave us tips on maintaining our chimney. I WOULD absolutely recommend his services to all! Cindy-Potomac,Md more

Great Customer Sevice and Attention to Detail 9/1/2011

My experience with ""My Chimney Sweep Service"" was a very positive one overall. After Jim inspected my chimney, he came down from the roof and explained to me what he saw and then made recommendations to resolve the problems with my approval.
