I've shopped at many hardware stores all over the country and bought everything from a single bolt to $500 power tools. Unlike this store, these other locally owned, neighborhood businesses have been friendly to me, not only because they are decent human beings, but because they know I may drop hundreds in their store next time. That's good business. It's obvious that this store does not practice this simple concept. They turned my last hardware errand into a miserable experience. Nobody was available to help me find my item, and when I went to check out, the clerk was too busy checking her cellphone to even acknowledge my existence. Then, after another clerk processed my item, I was told that the total was less than the $5 minimum for a credit card! Since I was cashless, this store totally wasted my time. My only recommendation is to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!
