AWFUL COMPANY!! Terrible, rude customer service. Ordered an item and was not informed that they were out of stock till 3 weeks later when I called. When I asked (NICELY) why I was not informed of this, I was told.
""I don't own the company, it ain't my fault"" I got hung up on before I got any type of refund confirmation, and was hung up on again from another associate the next day when trying again to get a refund! I spoke nicely to both employees, there was no reason to be treated this way! The two girls that I spoke to would fit in more at a fast food restaurant than a baby store, immature, uneducated, ignorant and rude!!
