AWFUL COMPANY!! Terrible, rude customer service. Ordered an item and was not informed that they were out of stock till 3 weeks later when I called. When I asked (NICELY) why I was not informed of this, I was told. ""I don't own the company, it ain't my fault"" I got hung up on before I got any type of refund confirmation, and was hung up on again from another associate the next day when trying again to get a refund! I spoke nicely to both employees, there was no reason to be treated this way! The two girls that I spoke to would fit in more at a fast food restaurant than a baby store, immature, uneducated, ignorant and rude!! more

HORRIBLE! 4/11/2011

I ordered from them online. 15 days later no order has arrived. I called them and they didn't pick up their phone for 1/2 an hour just let it ring. When I finally reached someone she was RUDE. Their website says if something is out of stock they will let you know within 48 hours. 15 days later I'd heard nothing from them. The rude women on the phone said something was out of stock. Hey...here's an idea.... if somethings out of stock then DON'T SELL IT. more

Worst Ever 7/13/2009

I'm giving a 1 rating because there's nothing lower. In March I purchased a Fleurville handbag online which turned out not to be the right size tote I wanted. Within the specified time I returned the bag in the exact condition received - perfect - and was told I would receive my credit on the next cycle. I have left phone messages which have never been returned because I still have not received credit for this item. I would not recommend them to anyone. Cons: no integrity more

Liars Liars Liars 4/12/2008

Store has nice items but staff and owners are liars. We asked about creating a registry online so our friends could purchase items that we selected and we were able to pick some items online to create the registry. Then they told us to go into the store and pick the rest of the items and they would add them to the site so our friends could buy or see the items. Invitations were printed and various calls tothe owner and staff and they finally just said they added 1 item to the stores site and that we should log in and add it to our registry. Unbelievable Its a shame that a proprietor could do that to a pregnant woman regarding something as important as this. Buyers beware more
