Took my dirt bike for service ($434), they forgot to wash it, they also used chain lube for street bike and didn't wipe the excess off so when they tested the bike it overs-prayed every where including the rear brake disc. Because of the sloppy job It makes me wonder how the service was done. They apologized and told me that I could bring the bike over to be washed. They charge $110 hr for service, what should I charge for my time? I just cleaned the hub, spokes, rim, wiped the spray off the rear disc and went on with my day.
Reality is that bike sales are down and they have lots of overhead so you got to charge the customer more and sometimes, to cut corners, you have to hire people (at lower wages) that are not up to the part. I won't take my bike there anymore, can't believe how my $10k bike was returned to me. It was at night (the night before thanksgiving) so I was in a rush and didn't check the bike in the dark..........
Done with this place.
