I have several times been a customer here, years ago it was the best in the business. Now it seems as though the owners could careless. The manager is rude and talks on his cell phone more than he does work and the employees look like they are going to get a tooth pulled when a car comes out. Better customer service is the key and word of mouth is the best business card.
A good owner or manager would never curse or swear at a customer, what happened to the customer is always right??
