Incredibly Expensive! 2/28/2012

I went for an oil change, had to pay extra because my car has >75K miles, ok, added a new air filter. The total was $66... for a Honda? About $30 more than the dealership. I went there for the location, but I will never return. more

Outstanding ownership and employees 2/2/2012

I think I was the second customer to go here when Steve first opened years ago. I get both vehicles washed and serviced here including oil changes and detailing. The staff is polite and helpful. Yes it does take a little while to get through on busy days but that is what happens when you have an establishment that is favored by many. Quality work takes a little more time so have a seat and a drink and be patient. It's well worth it. Oh yeah, there's plenty of quality golf items for purchase along with a vast array of greeting cards and misc. accessories for your vehicle and home. What impresses me most is that un-like other estabishments that have been in business for a while, this one still considers it a priveledge to serve. Get going. NOW. more

I have several times been a customer here, years ago it was the best in the business. Now it seems as though the owners could careless. The manager is rude and talks on his cell phone more than he does work and the employees look like they are going to get a tooth pulled when a car comes out. Better customer service is the key and word of mouth is the best business card. A good owner or manager would never curse or swear at a customer, what happened to the customer is always right?? more

The worst car wash ever! 10/26/2009

I took my SUV to be cleaned and asked if they would wipe (spot clean) the doors and seats. They said sure, and charged me extra for it. I saw a note placed on the window saying it needed to be done; the guys took the note off and did not even touch the inside of the vehicle accept for a quick vacuum. The armor all on the tires was done half way, very sloppy and there was something dripping down the back glass! There was also something that I had spill in the back area and I saw one of the guys open up, look in and sigh, took the rag wiped the back glass and slammed the door shut! I called and was told to go back and they would make it right, but I do not ever want to go back there again! Next time I will pay my 12 yr old the $30 bucks and have a much better job! Cons: Lazy staff, terrible job more

Great Service. Nice employees 4/14/2009

Very good service in carwash and pennzoil oil change. Pricing for oil seems to be the lowest in town, for high quality oil. Had a full service including transmission service and coolant change. Saved nearly $200 from what the dealership would have charged. Pros: Very good job in minimal amount of time more

I went to get a oil change the other day and they did not rinse out the oil they spilled as they were putting it in my car. Later I backed out of my driveway to find a huge oil spills... this really sucked cleaning up. I took it back afraid of my oil leaking only to find that they did not do their job right. They did not do anything for the inconvenience of me driving all the way back over there (and we all know how much gas is) and having to clean up the mess on my newly pressure cleaned driveway. Not the best service as you can see. Cons: Don't give a crapper more

Love this place! 6/27/2008

I have taken my car here a few times and I really love this place. No appointment, you can pull in get an oil change and a car wash while you wait. I have never waited more than 20 mins. Yesterday I dropped my car off and had a friend pick me up and we went across the street and had lunch. He dropped my off less than and hour later and my car was ready, I had paid an extra $20 and they extra super detailed the interior. I mean this thing was LIKE NEW. NO BS. They even did the paint brush on the vents deal! Total for the oil change wash and interior detail. $65!!!! I know people that pay that just for the oil change! HA! I truly love this place and will continue to bring each car there every three thousand mile and spend the $65. Pros: One stop shop, great service great price! more

GREAT CAR DETAIL AND OIL CHANGE AT THE SAME TIME 6/26/2008

I HAD MY VEHICLE DETAILED, IN AND OUT, AND IT LOOKS NEARLY AS GOOD AS THE DAY I PICKED IT UP FROM THE DEALER. THEY ALSO DID A PENNZOIL OIL CHANGE WHILE THE CAR WAS AT THE FACILITY AND IT WAS CONVENIENT NOT HAVING TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO DO THAT. Pros: GREAT FACILITY. GET CARWASH, DETAIL, OIL CHANGE IN THE SAME PLACE. LOBBY IS VERY COMFORTABLE. more

The workers were complete jerks. I would never support this business. There are plenty of car washing business in the area. Choose a different one. Cons: if you want to be treated like trash, go here more
