I used this company for a clogged sewer line. After paying $278.00 the line began to clog within 21 days. I called the company and spoke with Shelley Sampson. She agreed to send a plumber back at AT NO CHARGE since the line was clogging within 30 days. After clearing the clog she sent me a bill. When she called our house, after we left multiple messages to discuss the bill, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. She immediately became defensive referring to us as ""you people"" and threatened to sue. When I attempted to discuss our conversation she asked me to show where our agreement was in writing and hung up on me. I would strongly urge you to avoid this company.
If you happen to use this company, do not trust Shelley and definitely get everything in writing!
