All Service Plumbing is not a theif nor are we rude to most people, The unfortune few who give us bad reviews are disgruntled and mostly lie in their frustration of not being to manipulate the owner who is a female Contractor. She can remember each situation that is posted here and both turned out to be customer abuse of their sewer lines which resulted in a charge. The one that personally slams the owner was a plumber who was fired for not showing up to work and making the company unresponsive which is unexpectable to the owner who is quick, friendly, effecient and would not be in business for nealy ten years if she didn't take care of things and her customers as well. The internet makes it to easy for anyone who doesn't get their way to go online and try to hurt a company that employs 10 people in retaliation. The plumber who made that very mean and untrue revue tried to get it removed at a later date and they would not remove it (city search) So we are responding directly to these bad reveiws and the fact that they are untrue. The person who said Shelley hung up on them isn't mentioning that he harrassed her to the point that she terminated any further conversation because of more than 5 calls and continous emails fighting over 1 service call at $99.00. There is a point that collecting for 1 call with a person who refuses to cooperate, becomes pointless and we move on. We have customers to take care of. All Service Plumbing specializes in Apartment Complexes and HOAS and does not advertise because they have a very large customer base. It seems whenever we work for a person who finds us online that we have problems with them, so we try to stay with our customer base and referrals only. I used this company for a clogged sewer line. After paying $278.00 the line began to clog within 21 days. I called the company and spoke with Shelley Sampson. She agreed to send a plumber back at AT NO CHARGE since the line was clogging within 30 days. After clearing the clog she sent me a bill. When she called our house, after we left multiple messages to discuss the bill, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. She immediately became defensive referring to us as ""you people"" and threatened to sue. When I attempted to discuss our conversation she asked me to show where our agreement was in writing and hung up on me. I would strongly urge you to avoid this company. If you happen to use this company, do not trust Shelley and definitely get everything in writing! more

I called in with my emergency and was able to talk to someone with experience. They came out right away and solved the problem with minimal charges. They explained how to avoid the problem in the future and did not charge me an arm and a leg. Pros: Knowledable person answers the phone more
