I would give them no starts if that was an option. Their custormer service is perhaps the worst I have experienced. When they finally showed up, they ""fixed"" the refrigerator by changing a part that I told them had just been changed, that there was something else wrong with it. The fridge worked for 3 days and quit working. Phone call after phone call was ignored and I finally had to pay another company to come out and fix it. Called to complain/get my money back - no response. Sent letters - undeliverable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT!
