I would give them no starts if that was an option. Their custormer service is perhaps the worst I have experienced. When they finally showed up, they ""fixed"" the refrigerator by changing a part that I told them had just been changed, that there was something else wrong with it. The fridge worked for 3 days and quit working. Phone call after phone call was ignored and I finally had to pay another company to come out and fix it. Called to complain/get my money back - no response. Sent letters - undeliverable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT! more

Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable repair service. 12/24/2007

It was Christmas Eve to we opened the door to the freezer compartment of our refrigerator. Everything was melted. We had our family coming in from out of state. In short, we needed a repairman who could fix the refrigerator right away. I called All Hours Appliance Repair and he came out immediately and fixed it. His cheerful demeanor and courteous service was what we have been lacking in our dealings with service personal in the past. In the future, when I need a repairman, I will call All Hours first.
