The repairman walks in and looks at my TV and says he doesn't work on projection TV's, but on the workorder it says we have a projection TV. Then he says it will be $450.00 to repair it. We were told by the owner it would be between $125.00 to $250.00. I called the owner and asked why he would send a repairman to diagnose my projection TV that doesn't work on those TV's. He said the repairman works on those I don't kbow where you got that he doesn't, I told him directly from the repairman. So how could he diagnose my TV's problem . He would not refund the $107.00 we had to pay rpior to anyone coming out to our house. I would never recommend anyone use this company, the fee went up from between $125.00-$250.00 as we were quoted to $450.00. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....
