When we bought our TV, we chose to buy the extended warranty. TV broke in early Dec. Had to do a ridiculous run-around in order to get it fixed under warranty including having to use ATS as the repair shop of choice. First, they scheduled at time and date to come out that we never agreed to (we weren't going to be home). When we rescheduled to an agreed upon time, they said they didn't have our warranty information and were expecting to charge us. Had to make a bunch of calls to get that straightened out. They wound up having to take the TV in to their shop. That was almost 3 weeks ago. In the interim, they have forgotten our warranty information AGAIN, which resulted in the delay of ordering the part they need to fix it. They say they absolutely cannot tell us with any certainty when the part will be delivered or when we can expect our TV to be fixed. They tell us to call them to keep checking. We will never deal with this company again.
