I was very pleased with the services provided by Roto-Rooter plumbers in Spokane. We are first time homebuyers and are very new at the issues that come with older Spokane homes. We had a small backup in our basement floor drain and called Roto-Rooter right away. They were very helpful and made it out to our house on short notice when it was most convienent for us. The technician was very polite and explained everything to me. He took the time to listen to my account and really tried to figure out the problem before he did any work. He was also very conscience of making a mess in my home and he cleaned up after himself with everything! We have had many people in to work on our house and most just do the job and leave a huge mess. It was very nice to have someone who took extra time to clean up and ask if using something was okay. The service performed was great and although, it was a bit expensive...especially right before the holidays, I know I will sleep better knowing out problem has been taken care of. I would recommend Roto-Rooter Spokane to any one of my friends and family. Thank you, Mark, for the great job you did!
