GREAT SERVICE!! called on a Saturday morning and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Fixed the main sink problem right away. We bought the house about a year ago so they gave advise on septic tank and drain field. Also, showed me all the pipes and what to do if little things happen. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! more

I called Roto-Rooter in Spokane to pump my septic. They are in the middle of a move and have several new staff members in their office. This caused scheduling to be a bit of a challenge. They showed up late both days they were scheduled to be there but did make it on the day. They did call and reschedule one day we had previously agreed on. This was not a big deal. I was assured that the tardiness was due to the office relocating and the scheduling staff becoming accustomed to the software they use. Once the field workers and techs got to the site, things moved quickly. Most of the personnel involved were professional and new their trade well. I feel like the job was in very skilled hands. The price was agreeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Roto-Rooter! more

I have used roto-rooter for a number of different problems. Today they came out and pumped out my septic tank. Even tho they were a little late, the driver (koltonj) was very apologetic, he answered all my questions in a business like manner and was a very pleasant young man. The service was done in a timely manner with Kolton answering my many questions. I will use this service anytime I have a need and will recommend it to my friends. gary whitcomb more

They were very professional, and very, very fast, even though I needed extensive work done. They came out on Christmas Eve, replaced my entire water heater that had busted, and got everything up to code. I was very happy with my service, the prices, and would use Roto-Rooter again in the future. more

I had a great experience with them this weekend. I called on Saturday for a sewer backup. They were able to respond within 30 minutes. The problem took some time, but it was taken care of. We also had a smaller problem with our bathtub. The technician diagnosed the problem and attempted to snake it, but was not able to. He gave me some inexpensive ideas to replace the bad line which I did that night with no problems. Great company with quick response times and friendly technicians. more

Main Drain Clogged 5/16/2014

Our house is over 100 years old and our main line was backing up due to roots. Derrick cleaned it out within an hour and was very accomodating by moving things around our crowded basement in order to get his machine in. We now have a 6-month window to call Roto Rooter if we have another problem, no extra charge. Hopefully the roots will not become a frequent issue but Derrick helped me to better understand how common this situation is in Spokane. Since we had not had plumbing problems before, the cost was more than we would have expected, but we are thankful Roto Rooter could deal with it quickly. more

Our dishwasher was backing up into our sink and the kitchen sinks were not draining properly. After trying to fix it ourselves we contacted Roto-Rooter, they scheduled us a time that worked for us and once here (arriving on time and ready to work) fixed our problem in about an hour. Thank you Rick Taylor for your timely and effective service. We live in a home over 100 years old so needless to say we have had some plumbing issues due to roots, etc. and Rick was very helpful and extremely non-judgmental while cleaning up a horrific mess in an old cellar basement. He was extremely courteous and the rate was over half what I was quoted from another well known company. Thank you Tom Williams for your great service this Sunday morning. Woke up this morning to a big mess in our basement. Thankfully, the mess was only in the bathroom and hallway. When Tom arrived he was extremely friendly and answered all our questions. Tom was very careful not to make a mess. He put on shoe covers and also put down sheets on the carpet where he was walking. Roto-Rooter were awesome! Last year I was having trouble with my drains, and they came out the next day, unclogged the drain. The plumber was very quick and not very expensive, and honest. This spring I was have trouble again and was at wits end to find the same company in Spokane to help again. Was on the phone calling all the roto rooter people that I could, wanted the same company. Found them, they were out the next day, went above and beyond, to take care of the drain problem. Thank-you. more

We just moved into our new home and had a major back up in our downstairs bathroom. Nothing was fixing it. We had tried another plumbing company and they were unable to fix the problem so we had several friends and family recommend Roto-Rooter. We called and they had someone out here right away, Within an hour they had power blasted out the pipe and fixed the problem. We will be called Roto-Rooter first in the future for sure!
