I was on chat for hours trying to activate a Hero because my BlackBerry has no signal sometimes. I was told by Claire I didn't need to activate the Hero & she could reset my phone to factory settings & was at the store for almost 2 hours, while she was charging the BB she kept going to the back room. I have a lot of medical problems so I need a working phone, but I get a lot of lost calls & I've been told a lot of my calls are going to voice mail. This has never happened with any of my previous phones. Everyone I talked to said because I'm naive, the girl tricked me into trading in the Hero, which my daughter said cost her $500 for only a $25 credit . I still had to pay $18.09 for a new BB charger & then they sent me home with the phone which was NOT restored back to factory settings, but nothing changed except all my Contacts were deleted. I have been really sick & I do not drive so have not been able to get back to the store to complain. It's been less than 30 days, so I am going to try to get a ride to the store & see if there is any way they can help me. I almost died of multiple organ failure awhile back & they do not realize how important it is for me to have working phone, so I will see what happens when I go to the store & if they are able to help I will write a new review or let everyone know if they did NOT help me & just send me back home with a phone that does not work in my home.
