We had a problem with our hot tub and called them for service. They set up an appointment for Friday morning. The appointment time came and went with no word. We finally called, and they said their technician had called in sick (they still could have called us). They rescheduled for Tuesday morning, but that appointment also came and went. Called and left a message. They called back later, and said they'd have someone out that afternoon. No show. Called two more times that week, and they didn't even return my phone calls. Finally gave up and called Rising Sun Pools, and they took care of the problem.
