I have been dealing with Kenwhirl since 2001. They are a great and knowledgable bunch of people. I have had the owners son who is also a tech, out to my home several times for different appliance issues and he fixed them everytime. Their service call is very reasonable as well. I've heard from many people that they have paid as much as $120 just to walk in the door! I would reccomend them over and over again. Their office staff is also very friendly when I call. They always let me request the technician I prefer and I love that they don't give you an ALL day time frame.
