They were actually intelligently responsive: they realized that what was needed could probably wait the next day because it would be less expensive during the weekend. He gave us tips on what to do, and saved me $75! A lot of places would go ahead and charge you. Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air fixed a malfunctioning heat pump for me.
