I wish that I had read reviews before choosing Chris Williams. I experienced the *exact* same scenario as others--estimate came in low, but he did not include two critical facets -- the cost of molding and payment for a plummer. Moreover, he calls himself an "artist", but the drywall does NOT blend in with the wall. Very disappointing.
