Ms. Miranda is truly amazing! Every experience with her is phenomenal. She is so passionate about hair and client focused that she does research to make sure she is providing the best service. When she is servicing me, I get the feeling that I am the only one who matters at that time. She is willing to listen to and respect what I have to say about my hair. It's clear that she loves what she is doing and has chosen the right career! They don't get any better than Ms. Miranda. All the greeters are wonderful but Courtney and Michelle are uber-awesome and always patient and helpful! Courtney goes beyond the call of duty to ensure a great salon experience! In fact, I love the whole atmosphere of the salon. Each time I enter, I am greeted with warm, welcoming smiles. Customer service really could not get any better. Kudos to you!
