1. Was not recognized or greeted by receptionist upon arrival for appointment. The first time I was spoken to was when I was called back for my appointment. 2. After my procedure with Dr. Murphy and after exiting the building I realized I had a rolled gauze pad left along my gum line - not sure why it was left in.
