New Customer 11/15/2011

I have been in the area for about 7 years and wasn't real happy with my families dentist. The work that was performed seemed hurried and I was just another number. That is definitely not the case with South Riding. They treated me exceptionally well and took great pains to talk to me about all phases of my treatment. Everyone was very friendly and the dentist continuously sought feedback on my comfort level. more

A visit to South Riding Dentistry 11/14/2011

The receptionist never looked up from the phone as 4 of us arrived before 8Am for our 8AM appointments. She proceeded to cough and sneeze while we waited and talk on the phone. When I checked out she made me wait until her phone calls were done. All extremely irritating. The hygenist and the doctor were professional and helpful. more

1. Was not recognized or greeted by receptionist upon arrival for appointment. The first time I was spoken to was when I was called back for my appointment. 2. After my procedure with Dr. Murphy and after exiting the building I realized I had a rolled gauze pad left along my gum line - not sure why it was left in. more

This was the best experience I've ever had being in the dentist chair. I had an old filling repaired and had absolutely no discomfort...all with out any anesthesia! Dr. Murphy is the best! more

Could be better! 10/7/2011

I have been with this office for over five years now and it has only gone downhill. They can't hold on to their doctors or even keep their appointments. This year alone I've been asked to come in earlier or later three times and don't you dare ask to move your appointment. They called to move my appointment up which I couldn't do due to a work conflict which meant we need to reschedule to another day that day ended up being five weeks later. This isn't acceptable at all. I really like to support the businesses in my neighborhood but I don't think I can take this anymore. So I'm going to have to find a new dentist. more

prepping for a crown 9/27/2011

My appointment went great, I was expecting a little pain, but I was pleasantly surprised that it did not hurt. Not only did I have a crown prepped, I had a filling done right next to that tooth. All and all went very smooth!! Yay I suggest to everyone not to chew jolly ranchers! more
