you get the ENTIRE body workout with the intense cardio and then either major stretching OR a half hour of core or weights. all done in an hour. i pay a trainer elsewhere $60 a session for the same cardio-weight style workout that just isn't as fun. this is a great deal. and it goes by so quickly. doesnt seem so grueling or BORING.
AND the girls there are genuinely COOL and sweet. No cruddy attitudes here.
