The Best Spin Studio in the South Bay!!! 5/20/2012

Spinning is amazing but at Studio Pulse they take it to another level! My girlfriends and I love their Wednesday night, Theme Night Spin Class @ 7:30pm. The instructors take our suggestions and make great 50 minute playlists for us to spin to. All the classes are great but I absolutely love, Veronique's Saturday SpinSculpt class at 11am. She works us hard with a 30 minute high-intensity spin and then 30 minute weights and strength training to help define our upper bodies. -it's the whole package!!! =0) The staff are all super friendly and motivating. There is always a smiling face to greet you hello and goodbye. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who wants to get in shape. more

Brilliant Spinning studio! 2/8/2012

As soon as I walked in I knew ti would be great. Welcoming, mellow, clean, loud music, shower, easy parking, great teachers. This place has a lot going for it! Get over there whenever you can! Everyone's super friendly, no attitudes. LOVE this place. more

WOW!! How refreshing from just the same old spin! 11/8/2011

you get the ENTIRE body workout with the intense cardio and then either major stretching OR a half hour of core or weights. all done in an hour. i pay a trainer elsewhere $60 a session for the same cardio-weight style workout that just isn't as fun. this is a great deal. and it goes by so quickly. doesnt seem so grueling or BORING. AND the girls there are genuinely COOL and sweet. No cruddy attitudes here. LOVE IT!!! THANKS FOR COMING TO REDONDO!! we needed you. more

Work out !! then relaxing and stretching.... 10/20/2011

I took Stacie's class at Studio Pulse and LOVED it. It was my first time spinning and the teacher helped me with the set-up and made me feel very comfortable. Even though it was only 30 minutes I have to admit there were a few times I thought I wouldn't be able to make it... but having Stacie lead the ride and motivate us made me keep going!! And that made it even yummier to stretch the next 30 minutes. Best of both worlds!! more
