I went for the state and emission inspection with the coupon $20.\r
My vehicle got passed everything. But finally understand that how could they give just for $20? While taking off the front wheel, they broke one stud and nut of front tire wheel. They charged me $5 for stud and nut which is OK. But they charged me $47.60 as Labor charge to fix the stud and nut. See how unfair it is. Initially they told it would be around $30. After some time that guy said it would be around $30 to $40. Again after some time that guy said it would be $40 to $50. They only broke the nut and stud while taking off the wheel for inspection. Since they are doing inspection just for $20 which is not at all profit for them, they charged me $47.60 as Labor charge to fix the nut which is totally unfair.\r
I suggest don't fall into the trap of $20 coupon for inspection. You will definitely be charged much much more even though your car is perfect.
