Initially they weren't able to come the day they were supposed to, due to some miscommunication. However when our Preferred Plumber did come, he reviewed my problem, and thought replacing the faucet set would be the best solution. He then went out and looked for the appropriate parts. When he couldn't find them, he ended up just coming up with a temporary solution. The expense (labor/time) was high for the solution he came up with, but his effort was appreciated. He even asked if there may be other plumbing issues, and helped me with another issues that wasn't part of the original work order. So good work, professional, a little more expensive than I anticipated.
